FINANCING PROGRAM CONDITIONS: *On single invoice purchases over $299 when you use your Fairstone™ Financial Inc card. On approved credit. A $21 annual membership fee may be charged to your Account subject to certain conditions. Financing is provided by Fairstone™ Financial Inc and is subject to all the terms and conditions in your cardholder agreement and the credit promotional plan disclosure statement (collectively the “Account Agreement”). No Finance Charges will accrue and no minimum payment will be due on the purchase during the credit promotional period of 6 months. The terms of the credit promotional plan will terminate if you default under your Account Agreement. On termination or expiry of the credit promotional plan (or for purchases that are not part of the credit promotional plan), the standard APR of 29.99% and the terms of the Regular Credit Plan will apply to all outstanding balances owing. This offer is valid up to and including the end of the year, cannot be used for previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or special incentive programs. Our Return Policy
For fast, easy returns, keep your receipt. It not only ensures that you get the proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps our Associates process your return quickly. For health and sanitary reasons, all sales of bedding products are final.
For Items Purchased in Our Stores:
Bring your returned products to the store with proof of purchase and items in their original condition.
Returns with an Original Sales Receipt Within 90 Days of Purchase
Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
Any purchase made by cash will be refunded by company cheque through our head office; any purchase made by debit card will be refunded to the original debit card.
Any purchase made by a cheque will be refunded by company cheque, no sooner than 15 days after date of purchase.
Any purchase made by store credit, gift certificate or gift card will be refunded back onto a McMunn & Yates gift card.
Returns with an Original Sales Receipt After 90 Days of Purchase
A store credit or McMunn & Yates gift card may be issued for the original purchase price.
Returns Without a Sales Receipt
If you made your purchase in the past 30 days by credit, debit, or cheque we may be able to look up your receipt. However, if we are unable to successfully find your receipt, a credit on a McMunn & Yates Gift Card may be issued based on the last sale price within the last 30 days.
